- Shipping & Delivery
- We are a small family business, so while most orders ship within a week, sometimes it takes a little longer when we get spikes in orders. If it’s going to be more than two weeks to get your order to you we will let you know, but this is usually only the case for custom designs and large quantities.
- Privacy & Security
- We will NEVER sell your customer information to anyone, so feel safe signing up for an account.
- Returns & Replacements
- Since all of our items are made to order we do not order we do not offer returns. If for some reason you get a defective item please let us know within one week and we will fix it or get you a replacement.

- Viewing Orders
- Past orders can be viewed in your account information. If you have placed orders for digital items you can also re-download them there.
